Grenadian Citizenship Investments Options

The Grenadian citizenship under its Citizenship by Investment Program offers applicants two (2) popular investment options through:

  1. National Transformation Fund (NTF) donation option: A minimum contribution to the NTF of USD 150,000. This is a non- refundable payment.
  2. Real estate option: Invest in property from a government authorized real estate project with minimum amount of USD 220,000 for a fractional or share ownership right, and a minimum of $350,000 for a full freehold right. The real estate can be sold after five years of ownership.

Additional Fees

  • Grenada Citizenship by Investment in Real Estate requires an additional flat government fee of USD 50,000 for the main applicant with up to 3 dependents. USD 25,000 is required for each additional dependant, unless the dependant is a sibling or parent/grandparent, who is 55 years or younger.
  • A government fee of $75,000 is charged for each sibling and $50,000 for each parent/grandparent, who is 55 years or younger.
  • Due diligence fees of USD 5,000 per person is charged for everyone, who is 17 and older.
  • Government processing fees of USD 500 per person is charged for everyone under age 18, and USD 1,500 for the main applicant and any other dependants, who are 18 and older.
  • Government application and passport fees of USD 1,750 is charged per person.
  • Oath of allegiance of $20 is charged per person.
